Hi y'all, I'm Jozabad. I'm a husband to a wonderful wife, and father of two amazing girls. I'm a big sports fan (both playing and watching), EV enthusiast, and love trying out new food and restaurants. I am of Central American heritage and a native Spanish speaker (also a bit of Turkish). Since being in San Antonio, I've grown particularly fond of the food and culture here, and I think the city has tons to offer and has the potential to grow even more as a key city in the country.

After working in the construction world for several years as a commercial roof consultant, I decided to pivot into a field that was a better blend of problem solving, information analyzing, and helping people. I took the dive to become a full-time real estate agent in the Spring of 2023. Having had some experience in the homebuying and selling process in my 20s, I found that it was an important factor that set me up for financial success and wanted to help others with that as well. Real estate has allowed me to apply some of my best strengths such as pattern recognition, data analysis and interpretation, and risk assessment in the context of helping others navigate one of the largest and potentially most stressful purchases in their lives. Everyone works hard for their resources, and I aim to guide others to wise decisions that maximize their resources while also achieving their goals.
